Commissioned compositions are available for artists & collaborators of any and all disciplines
Laken van der Syl has composed long-form digital soundscapes for films, modern dance performances, fashion films, and more. She has also produced singles and full albums for various artists.
Laken has partnered with cultural ambassador and creative director Badara Ndiaye for collaborative fashion campaigns, choreographer Jacob Michael Henss for five long-form choreographed pieces, produced singles & entire 10-track pop albums for musical artist Cairo Croon.
In 2022 she co-composed the score to an upcoming film by Cal Young with cellist Kaia Sargent.
